Your brain is your own personal computer for you to program however you want to, the sooner you program it to default to a positive narrative the better.

Pretty soon it will be automatic and this will serve you well for years to come.

You Panic In Crowds

Maybe you used to love going to the mall or out in the world, but if you are just now awakening as an empath, that would of changed significantly.

Bit by bit you feel emotionally and or physically burdened by being around many people.

This is because you are becoming like a sponge, and you are absorbing the energy around you at a staggering rate.

Until you get a hold on it, the best thing to do is avoid crowds altogether.

If you have to go somewhere I suggest you check the location out on google as there is an hourly graph that displays the busy and quite times making it easier and less stressful to schedule your trip.

Practice at home with just one person and slowly add more as you become stronger.

Start by allocating each person’s energy to a specific color. Picture your energy as a color of your choice and only allow that color to permeate you.

For example, I picture my energy as pink, when I feel another color trying to merge with my energy I remove myself if possible or I make my pink energy stronger and bigger than their color.

Again it takes time but is worth it and all empaths need to practice these kinds of tricks to keep them on an even keel.

Take the time to explore the power of your imagination, it is a real tool that will save you time and time again.

You Get Into Arguments More Frequently

When you can see through the lies it is hard to hold back from saying something.

As an empath, you can decide to use your sensitivity when it serves you and learn to shield that sensitivity when it will hurt you.

When someone is constantly telling you lies it is easy to want to expose them and blow up at them.

But that helps no one, especially not you because it can put you in a valuable position and it is best to take the high road and not be drawn into the BS of another.

There are many people in this world that are narcissists and they love to draw you into drama, they delight in it.

It is safe to speak your truth around those you trust to be cool, but if you are dealing with a narcissist it is best to walk away or to just let them think that you believe them.

I mean who cares anyway what they think? Don’t let them get the better of you, you know the truth and that is all that matters.

Walk away with a smile on your face because you are the strong one, not them, and you did not let such a disgusting person take your power the way they intended.

Narcissists are energy vampires and they love empaths, we are superior to them and they will always seek us out to give them what they lack.

You Feel The Weight Of The World On Your Shoulders

I relate to this completely. I had an early spiritual awakening at age 5 and from the age of 6, I felt this way.

It took half my life to understand that it was not my job to “save the world” and let me tell you dear empath, it is not your job either.

It takes everyone playing their part to tip the scales between light and dark and those scales are well and truly tipped now.
