1. Activate Your Energies

First, you need to increase energy flow through your body.

You can do this with 5-10 minutes of light to moderate exercise, depending on your fitness level. Try to break a sweat, but don’t tire yourself out too much.

Once you feel energised, move on to the next step.

2. Plug Into Source

Next, it’s time to connect with the Source energy to draw from it.

Sit down and allow your root chakra to ground to the Earth. It is located at the base of your spine, and you should bring it within proximity to the ground.

The lotus position is perfect, but you must find a comfortable position you can maintain with ease.

3. Invoke The Source

Before moving forward, you should ask for guidance from the Source and the astral plane.

4. Activate The Heart Chakra

5. Activate The Crown Chakra

Visualise the golden light that beams down into you and allows it to flow through your crown and heart chakras simultaneously.

As you do, allow that energy to join the love that you are sending out to the world. Chant “Aum” as with each surge of energy.

7. Release Excess Energy

Raise your palms to the sky and spread your arms high and wide, allowing the excess energy to dissipate back to cosmos.

Return to full consciousness, standing to unplug from the source.

8. Return Your System To Equilibrium

Finally, perform another 5-10 minutes of light to moderate exercise.

This will help the fresh energy in your system to fully circulate.
